New Communication Device
Yesterday we received new communication devices to be used while riding the motorcycle. We purchased the Scala Rider TeamSet by Cardo Systems, Inc. Bob’s headset is capable of connecting via blue tooth with a cellphone. He can also communicate with me via intercom. Bob’s headset has MP3 connectivity capability too, which means he can listen to his iPod. As both speakers are utilized while listening to his iPod, I question the safety of that capability. I suspect, though, that Bob will utilize ALL capabilities of his headset. I can communicate with Bob via intercom and listen to my iPod with my headset. Bob can also initiate a conference call with me and a third party with his headset. We put Scala Rider TeamSet through a test run yesterday evening. It works GREAT! No more shouting to Bob, until I am hoarse, when I need (or want) to stop.
