Our “Get out of the Cold” Vacation – American Adventure (Day 4)
We spent the fourth day (Thursday, January 14th) of our Florida vacation at Epcot. Epcot is divided into two parts: Future World and World Showcase. As I mentioned in an earlier post, I will be sharing with you our visit at World Showcase over the next several days. Earlier I shared with you our visit to Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Morocco and Japan. This blog post contains photographs and a video from our visit to the American Adventure.

Colonial-style building dominates the American Adventure.

Spirit of America Fife & Drum Corps

Children were recruited to join Fife & Drum Corps.

The little boy in orange, running to catch up with rest of the children, was fun to watch.
At the end of the march, when everyone clapped, the little boy in orange bowed several times.
From the American Adventure we walked to Italy, the subject of my next blog post.

I love that they always try to include the kids at Disney. We went to Disneyland with my son (13 years) and my Mom quite a few years back and they did that all over the park!Cool video too!
Now this I don't remember ever seeing while there. However, the one place that we have always attended and never tire of seeing is the Hall of Presidents that seems to be just out of your Photo. In October we found it was closed, because of maintenance on the Presidential statues. They are all computer controlled and look like the real thing, as much as possible. They look, move, and talk. Always enjoyable to see.
Ahh… Home Sweet Home! =D I've seen those anamatronics at another amusement park. One word – FREAKY! lol
