We Arrived a Few Minutes Too Late
We went to Erie, PA yesterday afternoon. I had thought myself in the mood to do some shopping. I was mistaken. After eating a late lunch at Old Country Buffet, we turned around and headed back home. On our way back home we stopped briefly in Findley Lake, NY. As we approached the lake, I noticed the launching of long rowing boats. If we had arrived a few minutes sooner, I would have been able to capture wonderful close-up pictures of the rowing boats.

By the time we arrived at Findley Lake the rowers had rowed quite a distance from shore.

I wouldn’t mind spending a week at the lake in this house!

A Dog and its Companions

We drove farther up the lake and found the row boats once again.
The Mercyhurst College rowers appeared to be training.

You take some really cool pictures. I love outdoor pictures of people just having fun and doing their thing. And flowers. Old barns too. Oh, and animals. Gotta have pictures of animals.Stephen Tremp
A really lovely variety of photos. Looks like a nice trip.
Linda: Fun photos from the lake, it is a joy to capture new things.
You make me homesick. I love the house. The daffodils have inspired me to write about them. Great pictures!
Very nice scenes. Thanks for sharing.
What a beautiful lake.
