Post-Op Surgery
Patches has had a rough couple days. Bob took her to the vet on Monday. This was Patches’ first visit to the vet. She was prodded and poked and then had to spend the night there. Yesterday she was spayed. Last night she wanted to be left alone (understandable). Today she wants to be held, petted and loved. Patches appears to be doing well after her surgery.

Patches was spayed yesterday; she appears to be doing well.
I would rather she didn’t because of her recent surgery, but Patches is jumping up onto furniture a little bit today. She didn’t have far to go to get here though. She was lying on my lap and decided to see what was going on outside. I saw it as a perfect opportunity to grab the camera and take a picture. Patches is sitting on my desk at the moment, watching the cursor move on the computer. SO CUTE!

One of our first cats (Wonka, if memory serves) had to have wire sutures to replace the ones she pulled out. Good luck on keeping her from jumping!
I'm glad Patches is doing well after her surgery. It was nice of her to pose for this portrait.
She is sure a pretty kitty….
Glad you got her all taken care of and 'fixed'… Can't believe that they hadn't EVER taken her to the vet… GADS!!!! BUT–she's yours now and that is GOOD… What a beautiful kitty.Hugs,Betsy
I do understand her want to get back to normal, but I sure know your concern. Like Arn, one of our dogs had to have the stitches redone because of a bit too much of rowdy activity after being spayed.
She is going to be the best of pals for you, I can tell.So glad she is recuperating from her surgery. Always hate to have that done but it is for the best.
Poor Kitty I'd want to be left alone for a bit too after surgery! She's gonna be you best friend, Patches is quite the cutie.God bless and have a fantastic day!!! :o)
Very cute. Don't you feel helpless when they feel bad?Darryl and Ruth : )
