Not a Great Start to the Day
I wanted to run some errands today. I put on my coat and reached into my purse for keys. No keys! I looked EVERYWHERE for my keys. No luck. I sent Bob a text at work to ask if he perchance has my keys. I expect to hear back from him shortly after noon. I hope that Bob has my keys, otherwise I have no clue where they might be.
I started laundry this morning. A few minutes ago I went to the basement to move the laundry from the washer to the dryer. Shoot! I forgot to shut the lid when I put the laundry in the washer. So the water didn’t drain. It’s going to take a bit longer than expected to do the laundry today!
I hope rest of my day goes better!
**UPDATE: It is 3:51 PM. Bob came home from work and found my keys. They were in one of his coverall pockets. Bob believes he picked up my keys on Saturday morning, thinking they were his. Funny thing is I checked his coverall pockets earlier today and didn’t find the keys in there!**

Hi Linda, I hope you have found your keys and are having a better afternoon. I am off today for the Martin Luther holiday and having a pretty laid back day. Not much happening except for watching my yardbirds out the window.
One event leading to the other. You initially misplaced the keys. You were preoccupied about that when you put the clothes in the washing machine. So forgot to close the lid.Just connecting the dots. By any chance would the keys be in any the clothes inside the washer?Ram

Days like that just seem to pop up to remind us how to feel frustrated and out of control. Luckily they are over and we can get back to smiling 🙂

Are you my twin? I have been losing a lot of things lately–no, take that back, I have been not being able to find things lately…but it is things I haven't had in a while.I used to have a LOT of trouble with keys…when the kids were young. always a mad hunt right when I needed to take the kids to school.
