A Long Day
Our granddaughters are now 6 days old. The girls had their first outing since coming home from the hospital this past Sunday. Stacey and Mike took the girls to their first pediatrician appointment. Afterward, they came over to our house for lunch. I made tuna casserole and green beans for lunch. It had been a long day for the new family. After lunch all four of them took about a 40-minute nap, while I read my Kindle and kept an eye on the girls.

Taking a Nap
Bob was very happy when he came home from work (at 3:30 pm) and found Stacey, Mike and the girls at our house.

The twins are so cute! I love the picture of your husband with the babies 🙂
It looks as if everyone had a good nap. The girls are adorable.
Grandchildren are truly a blessing, and your two are beautiful!
Awwww, precious photos.
Congratulations! I hadn't been by to visit in a while and was wondering if they had arrived. I guess chaos rules now (or it will in the near future). Hope everyone is well.
I cannot imagine having twins…specially if they were like Lorelei. I can just imagine how the new mom and dad must feel…hope they don't live far from you. There is nothing like grand childen.
