The Rabbit Hole
As I was sitting on the front porch this morning with Patches, I noticed a disturbance in the grass. When I walked over to investigate, I found this hole.

This hole appeared in our front yard during the overnight.
This evening I found out who dug this hole.

A Rabbit and its Hole
What a stupid place to dig a burrow. It is in our front yard, near the street, in an open, unprotected area.
Bob says there is nothing in the hole … yet. I think Bob is going to fill in the hole with dirt. Perhaps if we keep going outside, out front, the rabbit will get discouraged and find another, more suitable place to dig a hole.

What a cute bunny! Adorable photos, Linda!
Rabbits may be cute, but their burrows are a pain, especially when they are in the front yard. (I speak from experience!) I hope Pennsylvania rabbits are more reasonable than their Tennessee cousins.
Oh that’s a cute little bunny but not something you’d want quite so close. We had one who dug a whole in the same kind of awkward spot. I guess a bunny wants to do what a bunny wants to do.
