Bringing Home “Bruiser”
We brought home “Bruiser”, our new 2013 Kawasaki Voyager motorcycle, this past Friday.
Soon after Bob came home from work, we left to pick up “Bruiser”.

Bob rode “Bling”, our 2001 Kawasaki Nomad, to Erie. We used the Nomad, which we purchased in July 2009, as a trade in for “Bruiser”.
I followed in the car. Rain was imminent, and I did not want to ride in the rain.
It did rain.

We stopped at a fuel station in Union City, PA so that Bob could put on his rain gear.
We arrived at Off-Road Express in Erie at 2:00 pm. Paperwork was completed for the transfer of the Nomad and for the purchase of the Voyager.

Goodbye “Bling”!
We sure did have good times together!
The paperwork was processed efficiently. The only hold up in the transaction was a dead battery. A battery from a 2014 Kawasaki Voyager replaced the dead battery, and we were on our way. We left the dealership a little after 4:00 pm.

Isn’t she beautiful!
Oh, Bob named our motorcycle “Bruiser” because her colors are black and blue.

Wow that thing is so beautiful! Looks like a fun ride.
Wait a second Linda, She’s a beauty but named Bruiser. I must say I’m confused. What a great looking bike. Maybe she should be named Beauty.
