An Afternoon in Erie
We went to Erie on the afternoon of August 2nd. We ate lunch at Old Country Buffet and stopped briefly at Best Buy. Bob wanted to check out the new Surface 3 tablet. He is interested in this tablet but isn’t keen on handing over the money for its purchase. Bob has entered a sweepstakes and hopes to win a Surface 3 Tablet.
From Peach Street we drove downtown, where the Cruise Town Erie car show was being held. We checked out a few antique and classic vehicles, muscle cars and sports cars.
We would have walked further and would have seen more cars, if a storm hadn’t been brewing. We didn’t want to get caught in a downpour.
Before leaving Erie we stopped at Dobbins Landing, where we saw two cruise boats.

This is the the Scallywags Pirate Adventure.

This is the Victorian Princess.
I would like to go for a ride on the Victorian Princess some day.

It rained on our way back home.
