Lake Effect Snow Warning
Looking out our bathroom window at 4:42 pm
At 5:00 pm this afternoon we had a couple inches of snow on the ground.
At 7:46 pm more snow had fallen, as evidenced by the photograph displayed below (compare the amount of snow on top of the bird feeders).

Yes, it was dark outside!
It is amazing what can be seen in the dark, with snow on the ground. I kept the shutter open for 15 seconds to take the photograph displayed above.
There is a lake effect snow warning in effect now until noon tomorrow. An additional 4 to 8 inches of snow accumulation is anticipated. Winter has arrived!

We are getting some secondary lake effect snow, I certainly don’t want all you are getting Linda.
Beautiful snow, LInda… We got a TEEEEEEEENY bit (not much) a couple of days ago –but that was all… Now –we are COLD here but no snow.
