Merry WHITE Christmas
In my last blog post I wrote that I was dreaming of a white Christmas. It was Wednesday morning, and the sunrise glowed pink. You know the saying “a pink sky in the morning…”. Well, a Winter storm was brewing. A Winter Storm Watch had been issued, that was changed later to a Winter Storm Warning. It appeared likely that we would have a white Christmas.
On Thursday morning (Christmas Eve day) the snow from a week ago was almost gone.

I took this photograph on the morning of Christmas Eve. It was 46 degrees.
Most of the day on Christmas Eve it rained, until nighttime. Then it started to snow.
We woke up to snow on the ground on Christmas Day.

Yes, we have a white Christmas!
Here’s a video that I took this morning. Bob recorded himself playing ukulele and added the music to the video. It is our way of wishing you all a Merry Christmas.

Hello Linda
I am happy you had your White Christmas. We just had a passing snow shower on Christmas day, it was not much. I enjoyed Bob’s music and the video of your tree. Very pretty. Take care, have a happy weekend!
Merry Christmas to you and Bob. We also had a white Christmas, although we didn’t have nearly as much snow as you got.
So jealous of your white Christmas as all we had was a wet and warm Christmas. Thanks to Bob for the musical while looking at the snow scenes. Hope you had a joyous Christmas and wishing you and Bob a Happy New Year
I am very impressed with Bob’s musical talents, and of course love your photos. I also loved the look of your tree and the pretty ornaments. Being a collector of ornaments adding a couple every year, I also enjoy looking at family and friends collections. Haven’t been able to do that this year so looking at yours was a real smile bringer. Love the snow too. We got a few flakes on Christmas Day but it didn’t amount to anything. Maybe next Christmas 🙂 Thanks Linda and once again, A Very Happy New Year to you, Bob and the rest of your family.
