A Snowy Walk in the Park
We drove to Home Depot in Erie PA this morning. We picked up two kids sleds, curbside, at Home Depot.
On our way home we stopped at Mead Park in Corry PA. We went for a walk in the park.

I have new boots.

These boots are the first to-the-knee boots I have had, at least as an adult. I love my new boots. They are warm and comfy too.

We didn’t notice this bridge in past visits to Mead Park. (Photo by Bob)

Mead Park Bridge
The bridge leads to the Corry Area Historical Society Museum. We have not yet visited this museum. Perhaps one day we will visit the museum.

This Helicopter Frog is located at the Corry Area Historical Society Museum.
We left the museum grounds and returned to Mead Park.

We hope to make use of the kids sleds sometime this month.

Oh how I would love to walk around in a place with that much gorgeous snow…. We are getting snow here since Christmas –but none of ours are beautiful like you have. I’m totally envious!!!! Love the boots..
Hugs,
Betsy
Your snowy walk through the park is beautiful. I don’t think there is a more pleasant treat than a walk like this after a fairly heavy snowfall when the snow sticks to the trees and structures. Thanks for taking us along with you.
You certainly got more snow than we did! Beautiful light fluffy new snow too!
The snow was wet and heavy…lake effect snow.
Hello,
Are the sleds for you or the kiddies. The park looks pretty covered with snow. Your boots do look warm and comfy. Take care, enjoy your day! Have a great week ahead!
We bought two kids sleds. The sleds are for our granddaughters.
You traveled here for 2 sleds??? ( snow storm) Wow!! Pictures are great!!! That bridge is pretty any season!! Love it there!!!
The sleds were much less expensive than ones we looked at on Amazon, Walmart. We would have driven to Jamestown NY to that Home Depot, but no sleds were in stock there. The drive to Erie provided a good opportunity to stop at Mead Park too.
Tom had no idea they had sleds!!! Lol.. glad u had a safe drive and day!!
Great snow photos Linda, and you look great in your new snow boots.
Linda, I am so envious of your walk through the snow in a lovely park as we have had no snow in so long, only a few flurries this week. The new boots will have you ready for lots of deep snow walks too.
Some beautiful pics here…love the ones with the bridge…
